How do I log in?
For external users, click the External User Login on the homepage and enter your email and password credentials that were provided to you from the na.salesops@solenis tema. If you are an internal user, click the Internal User Login. If your account is activated, it should automatically go through our SSO process and place you directly on the homepage with your global credentials.
Subusers-
The Subusers feature is disabled in this version of the Partner Portal (updated 8/1/23)
Forgot Password-
The Forgot Password link is no longer supported with this version of the Partner Portal (updated 8/1/23). Please contact na.salesops@solenis.com to have your password reset.
Locked out of the Portal-
After 3 failed attempts to login, your account is automatically locked for 24 hours. If you still need help, please send a password reset request to na.salesops@solenis.com.
